Access to and use of bfg33 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

Account Registration and Security

To access bfg33's real-money services, players must create a verified account.    Each player may hold only one active bfg33 account. If you already hold an account, you must not register a new one. Duplicate accounts will be closed and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited without notice.

   bfg33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account where the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point, without prior notice and without any obligation to return funds pending verification.

   Account balances are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted or otherwise conveyed to another person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will void the account.

   bfg33 may close inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for 180 consecutive days — following written notice to the registered email address. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable maintenance fee.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bfg33 processes all player deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via mobile financial services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay, and via card payments through Visa and Mastercard where available. Players must use a payment method that is registered in their own name. bfg33 does not accept payments from third-party payment sources.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are displayed in the player's account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request. bfg33 processes withdrawal requests as quickly as possible; standard processing times are between 5 minutes and 24 hours depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.

   Deposits must be made from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the source account, minus any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bfg33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which are published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

bfg33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that were in force at the time of the claim, unless the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

   The bfg33 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first deposit only. The bonus is credited to the player's account automatically following a qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500.

   All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount and is specified at the time of the offer. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bfg33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute or any other legal theory. bfg33's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to bfg33 in the 12 months preceding the incident.

bfg33 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. bfg33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bfg33's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

bfg33 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published at https://bfg33.app/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly indicated. Where a material change is made to these Terms, bfg33 will endeavour to notify registered players by email. However, it is each player's responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
